Chef Ocean has followed a 100% living foods lifestyle since 1996, and developed many of his recipes while working as the head chef at several raw foods restaurants in California and Oregon, including the original Juliano's Raw. He has served his unique and flavorful dishes at festivals such as Burning Man, Raw Spirit Festival, Lightning In A Bottle, and Symbiosis while working as a member of the International Krishna Kitchen. He was inspired to eat exclusively living foods after reading Viktoras Kulvinskas’ book Survival Into The 21st Century, and firmly believes that a raw food lifestyle, along with fresh air, exercise, and a supportive community, will help everyone experience their greatest potential.
