30 Minute Watermelon Workout with Jeannette Donofrio

5 min stretching/warm up including jumping jacks, toe touches, etc)
10 min watermelon ruck walk/jog up the hill
5 min calisthenics section (a circuit of 10 bicep curls, 10 squats, 10 deadlifts)
10 min walk back down the hill (dropping off the watermelons)

Another workout would be: 

5 min stretching/warm up
2 circuits consisting of 10 min on upper body strength (bicep curls, kettlebell swings, 0over head presses, etc) and 10 min lower body strength (squats, deadlifts, lunges)
5 min stretching/cool down

No equipment needed, we will never be on the ground and people/children can modify it by not using a melon and simply using their own body weight!
