Contemporary Partnering Dance Class with Rachel Rhodanz

Beginner level, all welcome. Class includes a warm up and stretching, followed by trust and weight sharing exercises with a partner. Continue the trust and weight sharing concepts as you learn contemporary partnering "moves" that involve lifting, supporting, and sharing energy with your partner. Class will finish with a short combination using some of the "moves" and concepts that were learned, if time allows. Form fitting clothes that you can move in are recommended. Bare feet recommended. Hair pulled up or off face also recommended.
