Qigong = 'Energy Cultivation Practice'. Many people expend energy by 'working out', but preserving energy by 'working in' is just as important. Join Dr. SAM as he guides you through fun and empowering Qigong exercise classes. Qigong combines stationary postures;breathing techniques; self-massage, and mental focus (intention) to promote better health and overall well-being.
Come “raise some health” with Dr. SAM by getting your Qi flowing, and your health glowing! Dr. SAM has a unique teaching style that is fun and simple to learn. To raise your Qi, it's easy as “A-B-C”!

Dr. SAM's exercise classes were a highly attended event in years past, and will most likely be so again this year. Whether or not you're a seasoned athlete or just slightly fit, this class will have something valuable to offer you. This class is for all fitness levels, so come join the group!
