Learn to be the runner you were born to be!
All runners, jogger & run/walkers are welcome.

Expect a balance of instruction and application. We won't leave the property and will not be running long distances.
If injured or not able to run, feel free to come and walk, watch and listen.
In this series of workshops, we will address everything about running and answer all of your running questions!
Every workshop is packed with tips.

- Learn about the different types of running: sprinting, mid-distance, long & ultra distance

- (Healthy) Sports nutrition for runners
- Importance of mental state
- Racing, pacing and chasing
- Running trails versus roads
- Optimal equipment for all conditions
- The value of consistent, balanced training
